Welcome to Cooleys Creations ~ Glass Etching that are truely unique
Please allow suffient time for your order to be filled as each item is hand etched one piece at a time.

For most small orders, providing I have the glass on hand, can be filled within 1-4 weeks after payment has been received.

Larger orders may require up to 3 months depending on the glass items that are ordered. For anything other than clear plates, anything in quanity, I usually have to order the glass which can take up to 6 weeks for me to recieve.

If you are ordering items such as Trifle Bowls, Platters, Canisters and some Frames, in quanities larger than 10 items, please order at least 3-4 months in advance. This will ensure that you get your awards/items in time for your show/event.

For all orders,(unless pre-arrangements by National Specialty clubs only have been made) Payment must be made in *Full* before order can be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS! (sorry for any inconveinence by due to past problems, I have had to stickly enforce this policy).

Discounts and Specials
If you are ordering for your Show Awards and you are ordering a large quanity.....I will give you a 10% discount on your order if being shipped. If you are picking up your order at a show, then I will also give you a discount on the handling charges, plus you save a lot on the shipping and insurance.

If you are ordering for delivery at a show, just make payment in full within 30 days prior to the show, I will give you a 10% discount. This will also help you save shipping and insurance charges also.

I will be offering a discount for all orders that are to be delivered to the ARBA Convention in Wichata, Kansas. All orders though must be placed and require a 75% non-refundable deposit by July 1st 2003 with final balance due by Sept 1st, 2003. Delivery will be at the Convention October 31st and must be picked up by November 2nd, 2003.

How we ship your order

We ship through the United States Post Office. We have found that this method is less costly than sending thru UPS, although if you request delivery thru UPS, we are more than happy to accomodate your wishes. After all, you are the one paying the shipping charges.

All items are shipped according to Post Office regulations for shipping fragile items. We also make sure that adequate insurance and delivery confirmation is on each package that we send.

If anything should happen to be damaged, then we require that you take the box to the post office and fill out the appropriate forms making us the payee. When reinbursement is made by the Postal Office, we will re-send the item/s that were damaged,(This has only happened though 2 times in the past 3 years). This process can take up to 6 weeks.
